They’ve made a name for themselves with Peruvian food and now the team behind Pachamama and Chicama are going Greek for their next opening, Zephyr in Notting Hill. Taking inspo from the Greek islands, Zephyr will serve up a seasonal menu created by Executive Chef John Skotidas (ex-Mazi and Suzi Tros), with dishes including seabass carpaccio with lemon oil dashi & bottarga; whole smoked aubergine with citrus yoghurt & dukkah; giant butter beans baked in tomato sauce & feta; salt-baked beetroots with pesto & soft cheese; steamed mussels with dill & kaffir lime; whole charcoal-grilled fish to share; and extra virgin olive oil ice cream with honey.
If you fancy a drink before or after dinner, you can head downstairs to the bar, which’ll have cosy, minimalist interiors (in contrast to the colourful main dining room and its open marble kitchen) and ten signature cocktails on the menu.
