Not content with running an in-person art fair in the city this summer, The Other Art Fair is taking things to a new level for 2021 with a Virtual Edition London Fair as well, so anyone that can’t make it to King’s Cross doesn’t have to miss out. Just like at the real life event, you’ll be able to browse thousands of affordable pieces of art from over 100 artists at the online fair, and you’ll also be able to talk to them in real time thanks to the live community chat room.
Once you’ve shopped from all the artworks on sale you can experience the ‘other’ part of The Other Art Fair, including digital catwalks with artist Bruce Asbestos; installations from collective Art in Flux; a participatory digital art project by Aphra Shemza; virtual tours with the Fair Director; exhibitions from Central Saint Martins Graduate Art Prize students; and short film screenings with Marquee TV. That’s a whole lotta culture to enjoy right from your sofa.
