The Modest Merchant is popping up with a bottle shop in The Arches in Bethnal Green for the last two Saturdays before Christmas – perfect if you need some last minute pressies. There’ll be over 90 wines from 30 exclusively imported French, Italian and Spanish producers to buy with gift packaging and mixed cases on offer. You can drink on the (covered and heated) spot too with hot booze and £5 corkage on any Modest Merchant bottle. And Oden Oren is there on 12th December slinging out hot salt beef and pickles in challah buns.
