We’ve known for a while Clapton is the place to be, let’s face it our first ever print guide is all about it, but with the re-opening of Jim’s Cafe and now The Mermaid Pub, Clapton just keeps on getting better. The Mermaid has been a boozer since for a long ol’ time, over 100 years to be precise and has now been taken over by Graceland, making it a sibling to The Kings Arms in Bethnal Green and The Earl Of Essex in Angel.
