It may not be beside the seaside but brand new seafood restaurant The Melusine, from The Greek Larder pair Theodore Kyriakou and Wade Munford, has got the next best thing with a spot bang in the heart of St Katharine Docks. Located inside the Grade II-listed Ivory House, The Melusine will be decked out with turquoise and green, with an open kitchen serving up the best seafood from across the British coast.

You can expect dishes like grilled cuttlefish and fava; potted sardines with breakfast radishes; red mullet with rabbit casserole; whole fish either grilled, poached or roasted, plus a raw selection including rock and native oysters, clams and crab on the daily changing menu.
