to Q Magazine ‘their best record yet’. With the success of ‘Marks to Prove it’, the debut single from The Maccabees latest album, new single, ‘Spit it Out’ follows suit in the genuine rock pureness the album portrays. The track has been dubbed the bands most ambitious to date with a soft start, Orlando Weeks’ vocals smoothing over any bumps and climaxing with crashing guitars and drums.

The Macabees have been on the scene for a long time now but this album, most will say is sure to be set above the rest. With tracks like ‘Spit It Out’ honing that crescendo and crash like you’ve never heard it’s no wonder the bands tour is reaching an increasing demand for extra dates. And you’ll be happy to hear a new Brixton date has been added to the bill for January, hoorah!
