If a negroni is your cocktail of choice then this new bar and restaurant in Soho is right up your street. Negroni’s, the latest opening from the Lobos Tapas team, serves up a range of negronis (what else?) including americano, sbagliato and espresso versions, plus other cocktails and an all-Italian wine list. You can even see the eponymous cocktails on display in dispensers on the curved brass-plated bar.
It’s not all about the booze though; there’s a full Italian food menu too from Head Chef Filippo Ragone (who’s also headed up the kitchens at O’Ver and Ostuni). His dishes include tuna meatballs, beef carpaccio, grilled octopus, lamb chops with broccoli, truffle cacio e pepe, blue cheese & radicchio gnocchi, a selection of pizzas, tiramisu, and gelati. They’re boasting the “imperfect mix of yelling, loving, eating and drinking” so it sounds like quite the vibe.
