THE LEDBURY TO RE-OPEN

When the pandemic first hit back in spring 2020, Brett Graham was quick to shut up shop at The Ledbury, closing the two-Michelin star spot for the foreseeable future as he couldn’t feasibly operate with social distancing measures in place. Two years and many rumours later, The Ledbury is officially coming back.

Graham will be re-opening the restaurant in February, which will have a new look and less covers, dropping from 55 to 45, and  a new head chef in place in ex-Kitchen Table chef Tom Spenceley (many of the original staff are set to return too). The Ledbury will initially start with dinner service only running from Tues-Sat, with an eight-course tasting menu on offer for around £185, though lunch service on Fridays and Saturdays could return from March. After two years off and now less seats in the house, we reckon it’s gonna be harder than ever to get a table here, so good luck with those bookings.
