the lebanese bakery

The Lebanese Bakery is branching out from Beirut with their first international site opening in Covent Garden this May. The brand, created by brothers Samer and Bassam Chamoun, has become famous for its Manousheh, a flatbread similar to pizza, which is topped with the likes of za’atar, cheese, tomatoes and meat. You can even get a brekkie one topped with eggs sunny side up. YUM. Everything at The Lebanese Bakery is cooked to order in their traditional Arabic basalt rock oven, and as well as having space to eat in, the bakery will also be doing takeaway and delivery. Looks like your fave pizza has got some competition, never mind all the Middle Eastern restaurants popping up in London including Sarona opening in Clerkenwell VERY SOON.
