A taste of Kentucky is coming to London very soon and we’re not talking fried chicken. Oh no, we are talking bourbon people, Jim Beam. Oh yes the Jim Beam Stillhouse will pop-up for two nights in The Old Truman Brewery on Brick Lane. This unique and authentic distillery experience will provide an attack on the senses as you enter The Heritage Room to soak up the Kentucky scenery on the Stillhouse veranda and learn a thing or two about the history.
Travelling deep into the tunnels of the Distillation and Ageing Room will open your eyes to the bourbon-making process. The main attraction will see you in The Mixology Room where a playful cocktail experience will be served up your way. But that’s not all…how about becoming part of the Jim Beam’s history and sign the authentic American oak barrel, which will be taken back to the distillery in Kentucky, filled and aged. All Stillhouse attendees will then receive a bottle of Jim Beam White from the special barrel four years later. Imagine that!
