When we saw that Jameson were opening a pop up apartment we squealed with joy! An apartment filled with Jameson what’s not to love? Well, it’s actually more than just an apartment, it’s a cinematic speakeasy which to you and me is a pop up bar created for the duration of the BFI London Film Festival.
Tucked away on 39 Greek Street the clandestine cocktail bar will be hosted by a dandy and bon viveur with a wonderful programme of events for the duration of the London Film Festival. Every night the Jameson Apartment will feature special events from the Festival plus the world of film and cocktails. Sounds good to us.
How do we get in, we hear you cry! Well first you need to check the events schedule to make sure it’s not tickets only, then you check out the website and facebook for a secret password which you will need to gain entry
Once inside, guests can enjoy vintage tunes flowing from a gramophone or a celebrated DJ, before being transported to another era as they experience classic 1920s cinema and sip cocktails designed by Jameson mixologist Ed McAvoy.
Now until 27th October 2011
