KERB is celebrating the Easter Bank Holiday weekend the only way it knows how…by throwing a big street food party. The inKERBator Weekender will bring KERB’s inKERBator programme, which supporting the next wave of talent, to life. With the likes of Bao, Bleecker Burger, BBQ Dreamz and Baba G’s amongst the alumni, you know it’s doing something right.
Not only will the weekender feature 25 new traders battling it out for the ‘Future of Street Food’ award, there’ll be free panels and workshops from industry experts and, of course, plenty of street food to chow down on. Greedy Khao (vegan Thai), Mexikings, Turo Turo (Filipino BBQ) and Cally Munchy (West African) will be amongst the traders serving up £5 dishes. There’ll also be bevs from Square Root Soda, East London Liquor Company, Chapel Down and Gipsy Hill, so you defo won’t be hungry or thirsty.
