Since its inception the Hawksmoor Annual Charity Dinner has raised just under £1 million for Action Against Hunger, and it’s back for 2023 with the aim of hitting the million pound mark. This year Angela Hartnett, Mitch Tonks of Rockfish and Skye Gyngell of Spring will be cooking up the feast alongside Hawksmoor’s Group Executive Chef Matt Brown, with Romy Gill on hosting duties.
The evening will kick off with champagne and canapes, with Mitch doing a lobster, crab & fennel salad starter; Angela serving up the main of braised short rib with caesar salad & Hawksmoor hash browns; and Skye doing a honey custard tart with roast figs & mulberries for pud. Hawksmoor’s Head of Wine, Clara Rubin, will be curating the wine selection with whisky and cocktails from Head of Bars Liam Davy, and there’ll also be a live auction of money-can’t-buy experiences on the night too. Tickets cost £250 per person with all proceeds going to Action Against Hunger.
