THE HAM & CHEESE COMPANY’S SICILIAN SUPPER CLUB

The Ham & Cheese Company, which specialises in, guess what, ham and cheese from small-batch producers in France and Italy, is hosting a spesh Sicilian supper club in its Bermondsey rail arch this June. Chris Woolard (head chef at Jolene) and Jack Williams (head chef at Westerns Laundry) have been drafted in to cook the dinner, with dishes including casarecce alla norma, couscous alla trapanese, and brioche with coffee granita and pistachio & almond gelato. The Ham & Cheese Company will be slicing up Sicilian black pig salumi, and Provola and Canestrato cheeses, and Tutto will be taking care of the wines. It’s £60 for four courses plus a welcome aperitivo from Tutto, so get your tickets now.
