THE GREAT FEAST IS COMING TO OLD SELFRIDGES HOTEL

After a very quiet and very understated festive season last year Christmas is well and truly back, with bells on, for 2021, and Dominic Cools-Lartigue and Selfridges are getting into the spirit with The Great Feast. Held at The Old Selfridges Hotel, the multi-sensory festival will feature four different food, drink and music experiences.

The centrepiece of The Great Feast will be the Counter of Joy; a 50m long kitchen and bar counter serving small plates from seven of the best chefs in the country, including Andrew Wong, Chantelle Nicholson, Tom Sellers, Ravinder Bhogal, Selin Kiazim, AdeJoké Bakare and Jason Howard. With Wonky Dreams, Rich Woods, aka The Cocktail Guy, will be shaking up bespoke cocktails and nitro ice cream parlour Chin Chin Labs will be taking care of the sweet treats, with the likes of a Christmas tree baked alaska on the menu. Then there’s Joyride, a 45-minute immersive experience where you’ll explore how taste, touch and smell work together with a exclusively designed bento box and a special menu from Andrew Clarke.

And once you’ve had your fill of food and drink, you can catch live music from the likes of  Joel Culpepper, Yazmin Lacey and Etta Bond at the Magic Garden Stage. General entry tickets cost £20 (including a welcome bev) where you can explore and order as you go, or you can go all out and book the other experiences too.
