Just in time for Christmas, The Ginger Pig has launched a brand new butchery class that will have you learning how to and then preparing all the meat you’ll need for Christmas dinner. With the help of The Ginger Pig’s master butchers, you’ll be de-boning, stuffing and rolling turkey, making your own pigs in blankets, curing bacon and gammon and putting together sausage meat stuffing – all of which you’ll get to take home with you. And each class will culminate in a two-course feast of roast porchetta, potato gratin and salad, followed by carrot cake and paired with wine from St John. If you’ve been looking for a way to really show off your skills this Christmas, this is it.
