between Broadway Market and London Fields you will find The General’s Barbershop housed inside Netil Market…there to sort out all things beards and barnets. The man in charge is cool cat Lee Wells, AKA The General Barber. The shop is located inside a shipping container (all the rage, just check out LOTI HQ) which transports you back in time with its vintage 1950’s style set up.

The decor takes inspiration from travels around India with open air set ups and old school barbering. Having a little over 14 years experience in the game speaks for itself. Lee has Murdock on his CV and has been involved in many a fashion shoot as well as London Mens Collections. Safe as houses.

The General Barber is open Tuesday to Saturday, appointments can be booked during lunch or after work but walk ups are welcome. Haircuts are a snip at £20 and professional beard trims are just £10.

There might just be a little home brewing action happening soon…imagine that, sipping on The General’s Barbershop’s very own creations….
