THE FORDWICH ARMS’ DAN SMITH TO POP-UP AT RONDO

Rondo at The Hoxton, Holborn is kicking off a new guest chef series with Nyetimber this month and first up to the pass is Dan Smith, the man behind Kent pubs The Bridge Arms and the Michelin-starred (and number eight in the Top 50 Gastropubs) The Fordwich Arms. His menu includes Fordwich Arms bread service; hand-dived scallop with red meat radish, calamansi & smoked butter sauce; Stour Vallery guinea fowl with white asparagus, wild garlic & truffle sauce; and mascarpone parfait with poached rhubarb & sauternes jelly, all of which will be paired with Nyetimber sparkling wines.

Tickets for both lunch and dinner sittings cost £125 per person including wine pairings and salted caramel chocolate petit fours to take home.
