The aviation theme runs in the burger names too, our favourite had to be the classic ‘Chessy Glider’ made extra special thanks to the secret house sauce. For those who like things a little less meaty the ‘Wing Walker’ a chicken burger smothered in parsley butter and aioli is banging.
