the 6th is a date to mark in the calendar, as The Fly’s first ever award ceremony touches down at The Forum in Kentish Town to co-incide with their 15th birthday celebrations. This little magazine has seen many a competitor off during it’s tenure, and with industry backed accreditation and acclaim it’s rightly patting itself and it’s team of writers on the back. In association with the charity War Child, there has been some real musical gems promised with awards for Sonic Youth’s Thurston Moore as Living Legend and for LDN’s The Horrors scooping an Outstanding artistry award.

We are also delighted that The Horrors will be accepting this honor in association with War Child, who recognise their 3 albums, live show and musical achievements to date. Further announcements with regards to bands playing on the bill will be made via the website and tickets are on sale for £15 plus booking fee.
