Why have just one bird, when you can have five? Meatliquor have launched the Five Bird Roast burger and it sounds quackers – not just because they’ve named it The Burgducken. Expect a patty made from turkey, duck, chicken, pigeon and pheasant, topped with brandy and cranberry mayonnaise, brussel sprout slaw, XXXmas pudding ketchup and those all important pigs in blankets. Available from Mon 27th November at Meatliquor Kings Cross and all other branches from Mon 4th December, it’s the Christmas burger we’ve all been waiting for.
