One of LA’s hottest chefs, Minh Phan, whose pop-up restaurant Phenakite at Second Home Hollywood was named LA Times Restaurant of the Year, will be in discussion with journalist and author of Women in Food Charlotte Druckman at this talk hosted by Second Home. The pair will be talking about Minh’s journey (she’s been cooking for almost 20 years and runs porridge + puff in LA as well as Phenakite) and how she came to start Phenakite as a fine dining art project during the pandemic and turn it into a critically-acclaimed restaurant.
