The Dorchester is officially back in business and to mark the reopening, the hotel has launched a host of new food and drink offerings. There’s The Dorchester Terrace & Garden on the hotel forecourt, which is serving new cocktails from The Bar at The Dorchester like The Notorious Kiss (Montenegro Italian liqueur, Barbera d’Alba, Cachaça, Green Chartreuse and cherry syrup) alongside Italian small plates.
There are new dishes on the menu at The Grill at The Dorchester, like mackerel with late summer tomatoes & tomato essence and banana soft-serve with crispy walnuts & lockdown banana bread. And if you want to enjoy a bit of The Dorchester at home, a new delivery service of Make-It-Yourself boxes from The Grill, including their famous beef wellington and lobster thermidor tart, is also available. The iconic afternoon tea is also back at The Promenade, with a new autumnal themed menu of pastries, cakes and scones served from the tea trolley. With China Tang and the 3-star Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester also welcoming diners, you’re pretty much covered for all meals of the day.
