Dead Dolls Club has opened the doors on its new home in Dalston. Located next door to Faulkners on Kingsland Road the building has been converted into a sexy space, bang on trend with candle sticks, vintage glassware and low lighting. We popped in last week to test the cocktails and we were pretty impressed.

The menu features just 8 cocktails with a daily spesh, we tried The Foreigner which came served with a Hibiscus flower at the bottom of the glass and The Game Keeper which is great for real men who “don’t do” cocktails as it’s made with lager and even comes with a straw of wheat which they can chew on and look just like a farmer. Our favourite was the Cook’s Ruin, a gin based drink served with a black feather attached to the glass – SEXY.

The bar also serve a couple of stews each night, we sampled the beef and vegetable which were both pretty fly and not bad value for £7. The bar is open until 2am Thurs – Sat and it’s free entry, we have a feeling we’ll be rolling from The Haggerston at last orders on many a weekend.
