a new boozer on Commercial Street – well we say new, we actually mean refurbed old boozer which has been given a facelift and is now looking pretty swish. Introducing The Culpeper, a boozer which comes with it’s very own roof garden filled with herbs and veggies to use in the bar and kitchen.

The food is British with French influences and is served from brekkie through to dinner with brunch on a weekend.  We’re not gonna lie the Smoked Salmon, Avocado, Dill Crème Fraîche & Rye Bread and the Harissa Eggs and Mint Yoghurt sound right up our street!

There’s also something they call PorkCorn (?), Pork Pie with Piccalilli – we got a sneaky early tasting of the one above and it was A-MAZING), Fish and Chips and a whole host of other snizzle. With cocktails, a banging wine list and local beers this is one boozer you’re gonna wanna get down to!
