Make Christmas an absolute cinch this year with a helping hand from Sainsbury’s. The supermarket is popping up in Central London with their Christmas Cracker workshops, designed to have you seriously impressing your friends and family this festive season. Christmas just ain’t Christmas without a tin of multicoloured chocs knocking about but instead of scoffing down your faves, you can turn them into festive cocktails. Mixologists Sweet & Chilli will be on hand to help you shake up chocolate-inspired bevs, and yes you can get alcohol-free ones too.
If the cheese board is your fave part of Christmas dinner then you’ll definitely want a spot at the cheese board styling workshop. Experts and celeb faves GRAPE and Fig will show you which kinds of cheese to pair together and how to style a beautiful looking platter (and of course, you’ll have to taste the cheese as you work). And if wrapping presents isn’t your strong suit, you can pick up some top tips (and take free gifts home with you) from the London Craft Club to make sure your gifts look as good on the outside as they are inside the box.
Tickets for all the masterclasses are £10 with proceeds going to food donation charity The Felix Project, so you’ll be doing a good deed by getting involved.
