Not content with having a cheese bar, a cheese conveyor belt restaurant and a cheese barge, the Cheese Bar team is opening a cheese shop. You’d better brie-lieve it. After delivering cheese all over the country during lockdown via their online shop, they’re diving into IRL retail and opening Funk, a cheese and bottle shop on Columbia Road.
The likes of Tunworth, Quickes Mature Cheddar, Baron Bigod and Village Maid cheese will be stocked in the shop alongside Crown & Queue charcuterie, Rosebud Preserves, Miller’s Damsel Crackers, Kernel Brewery beers and low-intervention wines. Time to get shopping for your Christmas cheeseboard.
