THE CELLAR WINE BAR TO OPEN IN KING’S CROSS

After opening The Cellar in the Cotswolds last September, founders Mike White and Michael O’Sullivan are bringing the wine bar to London and opening in King’s Cross. The ‘sustainable viticulture’ bar is inspired by the food and drink market culture in places like Madrid and Bologna, and will feature a ever-changing list of low intervention wines from vineyards around the world. And it’s designed to be accessible too with glasses starting at around a fiver and bottles from £24. There’ll be a range of charcuterie, bread and cheese plates featuring produce from the likes of Neal’s Yard Dairy, Saltpig Charcuterie and Brindisa served alongside the wine in the evenings, with New Ground Coffee being poured during the day.

Opens Mon 17th May 2021
258 Pentonville Rd, London, N1 9JY
