They’ve got brekkies down and now The Breakfast Club team are moving into the sandwich game (and continuing the 80s film references) by opening Saint Elmo’s Late Night Sandwich Bar. The sarnie bar will serve up retro creations including a chicken kiev sandwich; a twist on Findus Crispy Pancakes with truffle mayo; mac & cheese, veggie haggis & chip shop sauce stuffed in two slices of bread; a vegan Indian sarnie with bhaji, sag aloo, chips, mango chutney & curry sauce; and their signature item, which has been described as “your local kebab shop in a sandwich”.
Saint Elmo’s will take up residence in the Soho cafe everyday from 5pm when it launches in September but if you can’t wait that long, you can order the sandwiches on Deliveroo right now.
