is in the air, and we are absolutely over the moon that The Blues Kitchen and Pizza Pilgrims are the latest couple on the block. Hooking up to create, Blues Kitchen’s burger of the month, The Pilgrim. Of course this is no ordinary burger, but a pizza/ burger hybrid- the BIZZA, see what they did there? Made up of a dry-aged Angus & Shorthorn steak patty, smoked buffalo mozzarella, Pizza Pilgrim’s melted nduja, fresh basil and San Marzano tomato ketchup, all in a Parmigiano bun and topped with a truffle mac’n’cheese arancini, it sounds like a match made in heaven. And what’s even better when you’re stuck with the age old dilemma of pizza or burger, you now have the answer…but get in on the action quick as they’ll be calling it quits at the end of the month.
