One half represents our continental neighbours with a 4 oz Dry-aged Angus & Shorthorn steak patty, sauerkraut, baby gem, brie & chorizo, and the other is Englishness in all its glory with a 4 oz Dry-aged Angus & Shorthorn steak patty, English mustard, pickled onions, savaloy & Red Leicester. And this beast is served up with a side of Fren-Chips…a mix of french fries and chips. Divided by sea, together in bread, this burger will give you plenty of time to chew over the answer to the big question.
