After teaming up with Andrew Wong for Chinese New Year, StarChefs is back with another big collab for St Patrick’s Day. Robin Gill has created a four course menu inspired by his experience of growing up in Ireland, with dishes including Cork Gubbean & smoked haddock gougères, Secret Smokehouse salmon with soda bread & wild Atlantic seaweed butter, beef & bone marrow pie in a cast-iron skillet with mash & pot-roast cabbage, and Pump Street chocolate mousse with whisky caramel. It would be St Paddy’s Day without a little tipple, so the box also includes two Redbreast Old Fashioned cocktails and some extra 12 year old Redbreast whiskey on the side.

The Bleecker Black burger is BACK, and it being 2021 it’s coming to you in a meal kit format. Each box contains four 45-day dry-aged Bleecker beef patties, four American cheese slices, two sesame buns, Clonakilty black pudding and a bottle of Bleecker house sauce. This fan fave has been off the Bleecker menu since 2017 and it’s only coming back for St Paddy’s Day so you’d better be quick if you wanna get your hands on it once again.

Hop House 13 has teamed up with three Irish chefs – Myrtle’s Anna Haugh, Tacos Padre’s Nick Fitzgerald and Allegra’s Patrick Powell – for their St Paddy’s Day Dublin Born and Brewed Box. Anna’s done scampi & chips, Nick has created a crispy fried crubeen bun and Patrick’s dish is a fried black pudding burger, and of course you get beers in there too. 20% of all sales of this box are being donated to Hospitality Action so you’ll be doing a good deed by tucking into this one.

Mann’s Got Munch Beef, Black Pudding & Pickled Onion Pie
Yes this isn’t technically a delivery but what better reason to get busy in the kitchen than to make a banging pie that’s perfect for St Patrick’s Day. As our recipe queen Sophie says, “slow-cooked melt-in-the-mouth beef, earthy black pudding, and sweet baby pickled onions to cut through the richness is a match made in heaven. I use a combination of shop-bought shortcrust and puff pastry to save you the faff of making your own and if you’re extra like me then why not grab some bone marrow from your local butcher to give it that lil’ extra summin summin; I mean who doesn’t love bone marrow!”
