The Athenian, the Greek street food brand that puts the chips inside the wrap, has expanded its empire by opening a new flagship restaurant in London Bridge. Yes, you can sit in here as well as grab your wraps and boxes too. Located in one the arches on St Thomas Street, at the back of the station, the new site is serving up all The Athenian classics like pork and chicken souvlaki, gyros (including a vegan version), pitas, halloumi fries and tomato croquettes, alongside Greek wines and craft beers.
The Athenian is also taking part in the Eat Out To Help Out scheme so you can get 50% off (up to a tenner a head) on eat-in food and soft drinks.
