all you art lovers, we bring good news. You can now jump on a Southeastern train and discover a whole world of art, from the modern street art in Shoreditch (yes, that is a Banksy!) to the walls of the Turner Contemporary in Margate and a whole host in between. First stop St Pancras? Then look up people, because above you’ll see the Terrace Wires artworks suspended in the Barlow Shed where those Olympic Rings once hung. Leaving a loved one? Then see how it’s done by the couple in Cornelia Parker’s “One More Time” statue.

Hop on and hop off in Hastings for the Jerwood Gallery. Nestled on a working fishing beach, its location is as interesting as the art hanging inside with a collection featuring some of the best British art of the 20th and 21st centuries as well as an exhibition space that switches up frequently.
