The Africa Centre, the home for contemporary African culture in London, is re-launching with a new location in Southwark and is celebrating with a four-day programme of events. The new four-floor space will feature pan-African restaurant Tatale, a lounge bar, interactive education spaces, a business suite and exhibition and events spaces. After an unveiling of an Malangatana Ngwenya mural on the Thursday, you’ll be able to get involved in everything from a history of Afrobeats panel to a clothing customisation workshop to a jollof cook-off, so get down there and check out the new spot.
