the 888 collective food pop up

The 888 Collective, a social enterprise supporting people with mental health issues on their journey back into the workplace through a range of courses and events, is back with another in of series of bespoke pop-up dining experiences. This time, the three-course meal is being hosted at plant-based restaurant The Field. There’s plenty of plant-powered goodness on the menu, including a summer gnocchi with English peas, broad beans & mint oil and a tempting banana sorbet, chocolate crumble & toffee foam for dessert. Meat-eaters fret not, there are options for you too!

This specially crafted menu will be served to you by the 888 staff, all of which have recently graduated from the 888 collective’s Personal Development and Mental Health Management programme. Even better news is that all proceeds go towards funding free programmes to help individuals who are out of work due to mental health illnesses and this sees their first shift back into work.
