BBQ is BIG business in London, with restaurants and street food stalls popping up across the city. Temper is the new site from Neil Rankin which will open in Soho on Bonfire night. The restaurant will offer whole animals BBQ’d in the open fire pit with nothing going to waste. The beef fat will be used for homemade tortillas and butter, and the bones will be harvested for broth. Meat will be high quality, specialist breeds and there will also be veggie dishes and a great selection of wines. And with tacos served at the bar, you don’t even have to commit to a FULL on dinner and can instead snack away with a glass of vino.
