Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng​, the pair behind TATA Eatery (and a project inside Tayer + Elementary), kickstarted London’s katsu sando obsession and now they’re taking it to a whole new level with new katsu sando-focused concept TOU. A sando shop is coming!

Not only will you be able to get your hands on THAT Iberian Katsu Sando from noon until midnight, TOU will also offer rice bowls and brand new sando creations, with the couple intent on changing the perception of what you can expect between two slices of bread. We don’t know where the shop will be yet or when it’ll open but consider us excited.
