It’s been a hit in France and Spain and now delivery-only concept Taster has landed in London. There are three individual kitchens operated by Taster, which has been working with chef consultants like two-Michelin star Sang Hoon Degeimbre from L’Air du Temps in Brussels.
Mission Saigon is Vietnamese and has dishes like banh mi buns and “shaked” noodles with beef, chicken and tofu; Out Fry does Korean fried chicken, which can come as strips, in a bun or on rice; and O Ke Kai is all about the poke bowls.
Currently you can only order from the three concepts on Deliveroo in Hackney and Battersea but Taster does have plans to open a North London kitchen too.
