hungry? You might want to look away now…London Winter Festival is back next month and it’s even bigger and better than ever before. For three days only, a host of the city’s restaurants – including Kurobuta, Hixter, Ember Yard and Assado – will join forces with some of the world’s top chefs to bring ‘Forgotten Foods’ to the masses, showcasing ingredients, skills and techniques no longer used to create some pretty spesh dishes.

The likes of Raymond Blanc, Michel Roux and Monica Galetti will be cooking up a storm for waiting crowds in the Electrolux theatre. What’s more there’s also a flaming hot fire pit for BBQing everything from chargrilled deer to smoked salmon, cocktails from Diageo and desserts from Gu.

The events are ticketed, and we imagine will sell very quickly, so be sure to grab your pass as soon as poss.
