21st-24th November, Taste of Christmas is taking over Tobacco Dock, a recovered warehouse just near Tower Hill, to get the face stuffing season underway early with London’s top chefs, bar tenders and restaurateurs.

Master Chef silver fox Michel Roux Jr and side kick Monica Galetti are amongst the chefs putting their individual twists on Christmas classics in the Electrolux Taste Theatre, whilst London’s hottest restaurants like Old Street favourite Beard to Tail, pop up maestros Disco Bistro and gastro pub The Truscott Arms, are giving you the chance to taste some of their Xmas offerings…not a dry turkey or soggy sprout in sight.

Professional bartenders from your fave London watering holes The Zetter Townhouse, Dishoom, Callooh Callay Oblix, Schochu Lounge and Union Street Café will be providing expert tips for recreating their signature festive cocktails and, like any good Christmas event, there’ll also be a Fire Pit… (go with it) manned by BBQ king Neil Rankin, Zolio’s Diego Jacquet and Sweden’s Michelin starred fire pit expert Niklas Ekstedt.

If you’re feeling classy, Oyster specialists Mangez Moi will be running the 5 Star Oyster Bar, with all proceeds going to Taste’s charity partner Action Against Hunger and Laurent-Perrier will be hosting a Champagne Bar…fancy!

There’ll also be a boutique Christmas market with over 180 fine food and drink stalls from chocolate and cake to whiskey and wine, so Xmas prezzies sorted too. We think Yule love it.
