After doing a massive takeaway roast for its second birthday, Adam Hardiman is opening Madame Pigg for more grab and go food this weekend and he’s drafted in some reinforcements. Joe Laker is doing the bowls for Friday, which include salt beef brisket & wasabi mayo sliders, ham hock with crispy potatoes & pickles, and truffled swede puree with tempura veg & fried kale. Whyte Rushen will be cooking on Saturday, slinging braised sticky beef doughnuts with sage sugar & citrus mayo and miso doughnuts with dulce de leche & nori sugar. Hot booze will be available both days so just turn up and tuck in.
