The pizzeria group is celebrating 15 years in the game by opening restaurant number six After meeting in Napoli in the nineties, Angelo Ambrosio and Pasquale Chionchio decided to bring their take on authentic Neapolitan pizza to London, setting up the first Santa Maria restaurant in Ealing in 2010. It was named London's Best Pizza by Time Out after just two months of opening and the pair have been on an upward trajectory ever since, opening pizzerias in Fulham, Fitzrovia, Islington, Kew Gardens, and now Paddington.
