So what actually makes a good restaurant? For us, it’s four things. The food itself obviously. Secondly the service – we expect it to be on point. Interiors count for a lot too. Everyone likes an aesthetically pleasing place but we do appreciate that not everyone has a design studio on the books, and sometimes a hole in the wall is fine too. Then there is the atmosphere, the gentle chitter chatter, the sound of laughter, of people having a good time.
