The newly-opened spa includes an immersive Mud Caves ritual, where you can apply mineral-rich muds sourced from the Austrian Alps and Hungary to draw out impurities, soothe muscles and replenish the skin. The spa is also home to the world's first multi-sensory Origin Pool, which combines floatation, chromotherapy, sound therapy and vibration healing to unlock true tranquility. You can then be further transported with dinner and drinks at YOPO Zaytoun, the hotel restaurant that's relaunching with its new name (after the word for olive) and new direction inspired by the flavours of the Levant. The new menu will include dishes like harissa glazed ribeye; yellowtail with preserved lemon, green chilli and olive oil; Mandrake shakshuka; native oysters and citrus gremolata; and pistachio mille-feuille and olive oil ice cream.
