follows the story of Welsh music lover Dixie as he moves from small town Wales to the Big Smoke of London Town in pursuit of his life long dream of managing a band that are set for world domination. It is a wildly funny British film with not only a killer cast including Martin Freeman, Katy Brand, Matt Berry and Vicky McClure along with staring roles from Alan McGee, Huw Stephens and Carl Barât, BUT also has an amazing soundtrack.

You’ve got The Stone Roses, Miles Kane, Small Faces, The Fall, The Coral and Big Star setting the backdrop to the flick along with the fictional band The Perms who, lead man Dixie found on YouTube and is convinced they are going to go down in the history books like all the greats he loves.

It’s a must watch for music lovers and you can see the adventures take place all over London with the gig scenes shot in The Old Blue Last in Shoredicth.

Svengali the movie and soundtrack is released Monday 17th March 2014.
