OG fashion blogger Susie Lau, aka Susie Bubble, has connected the dots between taste and sustainability (as well as lived up to her name) by opening bubble tea and waffle spot Dot Dot with good friend Yandis Ying. As well as bringing Hong Kong’s iconic street snack combo to Stokey, the pair are putting conscious perspective spin on it by using sustainable packaging, carefully sourcing the ingredients and planning thoughtful flavour combos that pay homage to their native country whilst also pushing the boundaries a tad too.
Dot Dot’s menu features the likes of Coffee-Tea HK Style, Taro, White Peach Jasmine and Lychee Popping Bubbles to sip on and a mega line-up of bubble waffle options, including Matcha & Mochi, Seaweed & Fried Tuna, Wasabi Honey Crispy Chicken, and Miso Sesame Tofu. These guys are also hoping to expand their offerings with plenty more vegan options in the future, so if you didn’t wanna pop along before, we bet you do now.
