We first brought you the news that Sushisamba was opening a second London location, taking over the Opera Terrace in Covent Garden at the top of the Grade II listed Market Building, back in 2016 and now it’s finally almost ready. An Eric Parry glazed design will replace the existing conservatory, the bar will also have a ‘living’ ceiling and there’ll be an open-air terrace, so it’ll defo have that signature Sushisamba style. Keeping the classic blend of Japanese, Peruvian and Brazilian flavours, the new Covent Garden location will feature new dishes like pork belly with butterscotch miso and scallops with vanilla, jalapeño, mango and aji amarillo, as well as Sushisamba staples, and a range of cocktails and spirits, including pisco, sake and whisky.
Wanna see what other Covent Garden spots we love? Here they are.
Opens Thurs 1st November 2018
