If you work in Soho, your lunchtimes have just got a WHOLE lot better. Inigo, a new grab and go sushi kiosk has opened on Great Windmill Street to bring the Japanese sushi handroll, which combines the traditions of sushi with the portability of a sandwich, to the streets of Soho. The menu is made up of six staple handrolls and rotating specials, including the ‘Spicy Tuna’ handroll with ponzu-marinated tuna, baby gem lettuce, spicy mayo & crushed wasabi peas; ‘Poke Salmon’ with miso-cured salmon, avocado, macadamia nuts & pickled daikon and the ‘Miso Broccoli’ with tenderstem broccoli, cucumber, pickled daikon, miso puree & chives. As well as the handrolls, Inigo will also serve up breakfast, salads and soups, and with price starting at just £4 it’s not gonna break the bank either…
